December 7th: Take a 15-Minute Walk

Walking is one of the best things we can do for our personal mental health and wellbeing. A simple 15-minute walk can bring peace of mind and help to clear your head. Walking outdoors is best but if the weather does not permit it, you can find an indoor location for your walk. While you walk think about Jesus Christ and his mission on this earth. Besides his atoning sacrifice he served the people in his life. Think about his life, what is your favorite of his services and miracles he performed during his three-year ministry? After walking find somebody to share the story of your favorite moment in his ministry with and bare your testimony about his life and work.

Take this time to consider Jesus Christ as your Helper.
