Welcome to our ten week personal study guide on making positive change in your life by setting and achieving goals! The fact that you’re here means you’ve already taken an important first step–recognizing that you need help. Don’t worry, everyone does. By taking the following courses using our recommended pace and order you will gain the skills you need to analyze your own life and make the kind of positive change that you personally need.
Our recommendation is to watch the class for each week starting with week one, then use the rest of the week to reflect on what you’ve learned and practice the assignment you will be given at the end of the lesson. Make sure to keep track of your progress so you remember which week of study you are on.
