Every week we release a new 20-45 minute episode of our Q&A vlog, which our patrons can submit questions to directly from the same page they watch them on. If you have any questions about mental health, relationships, philosophy, or anything else you might have on your mind, or if you’d like to hear what other people are asking, you’re in the right place! How can stories change your life?

Have you ever read a book that made you rethink the way you see the world? Our EEP model uses external media like books, movies, and music to help you understand yourself and make positive change in your life. To demonstrate that we host a monthly book club . Patrons can watch these book club events live right here from our website, and our entire archive of past events is here as well. Want to discuss the books we’re reading with fellow patrons? We have a member exclusive Discord server for that. And don’t worry if you haven’t read the books we’re discussing; we’ll give a brief summary at the beginning of each club event.

In the 15+ years that Seth has worked in mental health he has been developing a variety of tools that he uses with his clients to help them put into context their levels of consciousness, motivation, relationships with others, and put that all together into a big picture so they can understand how to become who they want to be. Life is hard. We get it, and we want to do what we can to help you navigate its maze of complexities. That’s why we are developing full 20+ week online classes on a variety of subjects, from anger management to parenting to healthy living, with many more to come. Each class also has a support group associated with it, so you can talk directly with our specialists and other patrons who are here to support you in the change you want to make.

guided MEDITATIONS

Sometimes we just need a chance to take a step back and relax. Our guided meditations are designed to transport you to a different place, or even transform you into a different creature, so you can step away from your daily cares and clear your mind as you fill yourself with the wonder of creation. We are always developing new meditations, so there is no limit to the number of experiences you can have.

Join a community of people who are striving to make the same positive changes to their lives that you are and be a part of supporting others getting support yourself in return. Our community support specialists also frequent these groups, so it’s a great way to interact with them directly.

MARRIAGE RECIPes for disaster and success: A cookbook blog

First add a cup of of affection, and pinch of quality time, and– whoops, that was way too much anger and resentment. These recipes give positive and… not so positive examples of marriage relationships that can guide you in how you treat your own spouse. Plus, they’re a lot of fun.
