Welcome to our sixteen week personal study guide for learning about personal health and wellness! Health and wellness encompasses more than just physical health. Your mind, spirit, and body are all inseparable parts of you, so over the course of this study guide you will learn to care for your physical, mental, spiritual, and social health.
Our recommendation is to watch the class for each week starting with week one, then use the rest of the week to reflect on what you’ve learned and practice the assignment you will be given at the end of the lesson. Make sure to keep track of your progress so you remember which week of study you are on.
